The Lead with Talent Coaching Experience combines group and one-on-one coaching to help participants learn about their strengths and how those strengths can bolster their leadership impact.

This experience is ideal for individuals new to Clifton Strengths who are in, or intend to be in, leadership roles (either formally or informally).

One Clifton Strengths Assessment Code to unlock their top 10 Strengths

One Clifton Strengths for Leaders Report intended to make your days easier, bring clarity to your role and strengthen your leadership effectiveness

Access to a LIVE virtual group coaching session on May 10 from 11:30 AM- 1:00 PM called Discovering Your Talent where you will learn more about your Clifton Strengths (will be recorded for those who cannot attend live)

An opportunity to schedule a one-on-one coaching session to review your Clifton Strengths, how they show up for you and how you can aim them at your challenges and the opportunities in your career

Access to a LIVE virtual group coaching session on May 31 from 11:30 AM-1:00 PM called Showing Up As Your Best where you will learn how to harness your top talents to show up as your best in any leadership role (will be recorded for those who cannot attend live)
