What is included in the Leadership Coaching Package?

  • Three months of 1:1 coaching: Individualized coaching sessions will occur every other week for three months (for a total of six coaching sessions).

  • Personalized Reports: You will receive the Gallup CliftonStrength’s full 34 report, either the Manager’s Report or the Leadership Report (depending on your specific needs), and additional customized reports that your coach will build specifically for you and your unique needs.

  • Specific Action Items: Our coaching program is backed by the latest research in leadership development, ensuring that you receive strategies and techniques that work. You will walk away from each session with specific action items to help you in your personal and professional life.
