Writing your resume can be hard. What do you include? What’s important? How do you say what you did and make it sound better than, “filed papers”?
Whether you are cleaning your resume up to have on hand “just in case” or are actively job searching this Resume Revive is just what you need to not only get your resume to start working for you, but to also feel very confident about it when you hand it over.
We will use Google Docs to work collaboratively on your resume. Typically, I will go through and make the first round of edits focusing on formatting. Then we will go through and do a deep-dive into the content of the resume. The resume needs to get you the interview, so the content (i.e. bullet points) needs to be selling your skills and experiences to make a hiring manager interested in talking to you more.
We will use my resume guide, The Young Professional’s Guide To Writing Resumes (a $50 value), to assist us as we navigate through your document ensuring the final product is one you can be proud of.
