Package includes 6 coaching sessions (in person or via phone) typically offered as 2 monthly sessions over 3 months. However, depending on your goals, we can schedule sessions closer together to ensure you are accomplishing your goals within your timeline.

What we do during these sessions will depend where you are at as each session is strategically designed for you. I will provide guidance, expertise and advice to help you as you navigate finding or changing your career.

Who is this package for?

Purchase this package if you are dedicated to exploring your personal and professional journey. You must be willing to be honest and vulnerable. There will also be homework involved that you will complete in between calls to help you explore yourself and the career options available to you.

If you are not interested in being honest or putting in some hard work then this is not the package for you.

This package includes the Gallup Strengths Assessment + your results of your 34 themes. As a Certified Gallup Strengths Coach I will use your strengths to guide our conversations and coaching sessions.
